We collect and use your personal information to operate our website through analytics and deliver the services you have requested. Rest assured, unlike booking platforms that sell your information, Avraa securely stores your data on hard copy and deletes it at the end of your hire. This includes card details, names, addresses, email addresses, and more.
Your sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, is never used or disclosed without your explicit consent.
In the case of an accident, Avraa may disclose your personal information in good faith to comply with legal processes.

Avraa secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
We store your data on hard copy forms in a secure environment and do not transmit it to other websites or store it in the cloud. Our website is protected by encryption and 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
Your hire with Avraa starts at the pickup time on the first day and continues on a 24-hour clock basis, a small fee may apply for late returns, and a security bond is required for all vehicles, please check our rates page for details.
Note that cleaning charges apply for heavy soiling and there are specific rules regarding the use of our vehicles, including restrictions on carrying surfboards inside cars (they must be stored in a padded board bag) and penalties for smoking.
Vehicles must be returned in person, and all drivers' licenses must be in date and provided at the beginning of the hire. No refunds or credits are given for early returns, and extra hire fees apply for unconfirmed after-hours returns.
Our vehicles must remain on gazetted "SEALED" roads, and any unauthorized off-road driving may result in the loss of part or whole of your bond.
Avraa uses GPS LANDSAT satellite tracking to monitor vehicle usage on a regular basis.
We offer a one-time insurance offset (which is your bond on the vehicle) payment to lower your accident excess to zero, unlike others that charge a daily fee.
Our kilometers policy allows 250 kilometers per day (cars and SUV's) with extra charges for excess kilometers. Note that campervans have restrictions on night driving (from sun up to sundown only - "NO NIGHT DRIVING" and no off the grid camping as the auxiliary battery is only a backup should the caravan park loose power overnight) no driving of cars between South West and North West towns at night or after sunset but ok within the town center, this is due to the high amount of fauna and other wildlife within these areas roaming across roads at night time.
Avraa will not be responsible for any transport delays should you miss your return transport back to your destination, should this occur then contact our office for a hire extension should there possibly be a vehicle available at that time.
Driver responsibility - All Vehicles come back with fuel full to full (charges apply if we have to top it up, and fill up points are Busselton only and not Dunsborough or Margaret River) tyres and windscreen damage is the drivers responsibility as well as any heavy inside cleaning (especially baby seat areas and their mess) or external under and over damages, charges apply out of your bond, campervans and motorhomes oils and waters need to be checked every morning before starting out on your daily journey (oil is supplied for each campervan and motorhome and instructions taught at the beginning of your hire, in the event should you run out of oil then find a garage and replace the oil) should any major mechanical issues arise then call Avraa on 0448202998 during office hours or alternatively phone the RAC on 131117 and give then your location and registration number of the vehicle.
