💳 Card Fees: A 1.5% merchant fee applies to all Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX transactions.
This fee is charged only on the total hire amount, not on your security bond/excess.
💰 GST: All prices include 10% GST — there are no hidden fees in our rates.
Driver Age Requirements:

25 years and over: Standard bond rates apply.

22 to 24 years: A higher security bond of $2,500.00 applies.

21 years and under: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide hire services.
Security Bond / Insurance Excess
Your security bond acts as your insurance excess.
We charge no daily reduced excess fees — meaning effectively zero excess, except for a small $54.00 admin offset.

Bonds are EFT refundable to your nominated bank account after vehicle inspection upon return.

Refunds are processed if the vehicle and equipment are returned in the same hired condition, with no:

Vehicle or accident damage

Missing or stolen accessories
-
Heavy interior/exterior cleaning required

⚠️ If cleaning, damage, or loss applies, the cost will be deducted from your bond.

For Non-Australian Bank Account Holders:
We accept the bond/excess in cash (no bank fees). Your bond will be securely held and returned upon completion and inspection of your hire.
Pet Bond & Cleaning Policy

Pet Bond: $250.00 (only applicable for campervans that allow pets)

Pet Cleaning Fee: $85.00 applies automatically

Heavy Cleaning Fee: up to $180.00 (for vehicles returned with heavy soiling, beach sand, spilt drinks, or food)

No Pets in Cars: For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in cars.
Booking Deposits
For phone bookings, a small deposit is required to confirm your reservation:

Cars & SUVs: $90.00

Campervans: $180.00
Once payment is received, a booking confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see our confirmation email within 24 hours.
Deposit Terms:

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Quotes are valid for 4 days from the date received.
You may cancel your booking at any time, however, the deposit cannot be refunded or transferred to another date or vehicle.
Fuel Policy:

All vehicles are provided on a Full-to-Full fuel basis.

Please ensure the vehicle is refuelled before returning it.
